FATHER,
 IN THE NAME OF JESUS,
 I PROCLAIM THE NAME OF JESUS AND THE LORDSHIP OF MY REDEEMER, JESUS,
 OVER (name).
 LORD JESUS, I ASK YOU TO RULE BY YOUR HOLY SPIRIT IN MY LIFE AND THAT OF (name),
 BY YOUR REDEMPTIVE POWER, SO NO DEMONIC PRESENCE CAN REMAIN.
 I APPLY THE REDEEMING BLOOD OF JESUS TO (name),
 TO FLOW THROUGH THEM, FREEING THEM FROM EVERY EVIL.

 have obstinately resisted your prayers over a long period.
